Detailed Day-By-Day Trek Schedule

The Har Ki Dun trek with Shiva Adventures continues with Day 1, where you will be greeted at Dehradun railway station by a representative of the company at 7:00 am. From there, you will embark on a scenic 210 km journey to Sankri Market, which is the starting point of the trek. This journey takes around 8 to 9 hours and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, including the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas. Upon arrival at Sankri, you will be accommodated at the Wooden Homestay, where you can unwind and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 of the trek begins with a taxi ride from Sankri to Taluka, which is a small hamlet located at an altitude of 1,900 meters. From there, you will start your trek to Cheludgad camp, which is a 12 km journey and takes around 4 to 5 hours to complete. The trek to Cheludgad offers stunning views of the lush green valleys and majestic peaks, including the Swargarohini peak. You will spend the night at the camp, surrounded by nature and the peaceful sound of the flowing river.

On Day 3, you will continue your trek from Cheludgad camp to Bhasla camp in Har Ki Dun, which is a 13 km journey and takes around 6 to 7 hours to complete. The trek is relatively challenging, but the stunning views of the snow-capped peaks, dense forests, and colorful meadows make it all worth it. You will spend the night at the camp, where you can enjoy a warm bonfire and a hearty meal with your fellow trekkers.

Day 4 of the trek is an exploration day, where you will get to witness the natural beauty of the Har Ki Dun valley up close. You will visit the serene Manida Lake, which is located at an altitude of 4,150 meters, and the majestic Jaundhar Glacier, which is surrounded by towering peaks. Day 5 of the Har Ki Dun trek with Shiva Adventures involves trekking from Har Ki Dun to Cheludgad via OSLA village, which is a 13 km journey and takes around 5 to 6 hours.
